Green's Clear Wood Preservative is formulated to prevent deterioration of wood without coloring. Prevents shrinking, warping or cracking. A preventative for mildew and rot. Easy to apply and gives wood long term protection. PAINTABLE WITH OIL BASED PAINT WITHIN 48 HOURS. FOR EXTERIOR USE ONLY A copper 8-quinolinolate water based wood preservative that may be brush applied for surface protection of most woods. Dip soaking or pressure impregnation of GREEN'S CLEAR will result in deeper penetration resulting in longer preservation of treatable species. The copper 8-quinolinolate in GREEN'S CLEAR reacts with the cellulose of wood. As a result it is not easily lost from the wood by leaching. This formulation extends the service life of wood products.
