Returns Policy
We accept returns up to 14 days from the date of receipt. All returns require approval prior to being shipped. Unless defective, returns must be unused and in their original, unopened packages. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges including any taxes or duties associated with the return of an item. We do not refund the shipping charge to you in the event of a return. You will be refunded only the amount of the item returned less a 20% processing fee. If the parcel is returned to us by the carrier, you will be responsible for any return charges incurred by us. Any claims for defective material, shortages, or overages must be made within 2 days of receipt.
NOTE: DUE TO RESTRICTIONS WITH THE COVID-19 OUTBREAK, PPE (SAFETY EQUIPMENT) CAN NOT BE RETURNED FOR OBVIOUS REASONS.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. NOTE: We do not pay taxes and duties on international shipments.
NOTE: We cannot ship Liquids, Spray Paints, Hazardous and/or Combustible products internationally or to Hawaii or Alaska. Liquids, Spray Paints, Hazardous and/or Combustible products shipped within the continental United States, must ship UPS Ground Service. If you choose USPS it will be changed to UPS Ground Service without notification.
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
Any Free Shipping Service that may be offered is an economy ground shipping service and is calculated before any taxes, packaging or handling fees. Shipping service used is at our discretion. Because we need to abide by shipping carrier regulations, certain items require special packaging or handling, such as liquids, fragile items, and other non-standard products. In this case, the shipping portion of the order is free but we must charge for the special packaging or handling required. This offer may be modified or withdrawn at any time and is applicable to the Continental United States only.
