SmartRoof™ Silicone Roof Coating is a one-component, moisture-curing silicone rubber roof coating system designed for use on sprayed-in-place polyurethane foam. The coating is rolled or spray-applied and touch-up work can be done with a brush or roller. The system provides long-term protection because it resists weathering, aging, oxidation, wind-driven sand, rain and snow, the effects of ozone, ultraviolet radiation and the temperature extremes typically found on roofs. Ideal for use on existing flat or low-sloped roofs. For best results, apply 2 coats. Composition and Materials: SmartRoof™ Silicone Roof Coating is a dispersion of silicone rubber. This coating is a one-part, ready-to-use material that can be applied easily to a dry, frost-free surface, and cures at normal temperature in 1 to 3 hours by reacting with moisture in the air.
