SmartRoof™ Butter Grade Silicone Seam & Repair Roof Sealant is an exceptionally versatile, tough yet flexible membrane that is easily brush or trowel-applied at thicknesses up to 1/4”. It is also an excellent adhesive and suitable for direct-to-metal (DTM) repairs, spray polyurethane foam, smooth built-up, smooth modified, granulated modified, aged EPDM, flashings, fasteners and drains.Composition and Materials: Smart Roof Butter Grade Silicone Seam & Repair Roof Sealant is a dispersion of silicone rubber. This sealant is a one-part, ready-to-use material that can be applied easily to a dry, frost-free surface, and cures at normal temperature by reacting with moisture in the air. Application: SmartRoof™ Silicone Seam & Repair Roof Sealant is a ready-to-use sealant that is easily applied using a brush, trowel or spreader. SmartRoof™ Silicone Seam & Repair Roof Sealant has a shelf life of 36 months (3 years) from date of manufacture.
