The ideal undercoater for oil or latex enamel, it has great enamel holdout and easily sands to a smooth uniform finish to prevent variations in topcoat gloss. The water-base formula is low odor, fast drying and can be recoated in just one hour. Clean up is soap and water easy, too. Bulls Eye Zero is packaged in a container made from 100% recycled plastic, and both the container and label are 100% recyclable.
