Developed to turn color if surface pH level is above 10 and dry clear if below 10. Use on any surface where pH level needs to be tested prior to coating (i.e. stucco, concrete, etc.). Clamshell contains one 2 oz. pH Quick Test and one 4 oz. Neutralizer.
