Halter neck dress has narrow neck ties, plunging V-neck bodice with gathers under the bust, empire waist seaming with contrast band, flared skirt (cut crossgrain) with high-low hemline and ruffle finished with contrast hem facings and side seam pockets.
FABRICS: Rayon Blends, Poplin, Challis, Lightweight Crepe, Interfacing: Fusible Interfacing. Unsuitable for obvious diagonals.
