Partially lined semi-fitted dress has neckline pleats stitched by hand with elastic straps placed inside on each side of neckline to hold pleats flat; elastic fastens at center back. Dress includes long set-in sleeves, lingerie guards, back zipper sewn by hand, and hook and eye closure.
