Zinsser OKON Multi-Surface Water-Repellant Sealer protects outdoor surfaces from water damage. With MicroPlug™ Technology, this acrylic/siloxane blend keeps water out longer than wax-based solutions. Just one application can last one to three years. For horizontal/vertical concrete, stucco, brick and wood. Prevents the effects of water or freeze/thaw damage—efflorescence, warping, rotting, etc. No build-up, clear, non-yellowing; water-based, low VOCs; paintable. For best results apply a uniform wet coat with brush, roller or garden-type sprayer.
Items must be in new condition and have the original tags attached. We recommend using a carrier that offers a tracking number, like USPS priority, or FedEx.
We will refund the purchase price of the item to the credit card originally used for the order.
For exchanges, the easiest, fastest way is to purchase the item you'd rather have and return the other item for a refund. This also ensures that we won't sell out of the item you want. You can also fill out the exchange form on your order and ship it back to be switched when we receive it.

Most orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship same-day, Monday-Friday. Due to address or credit card inconsistencies, some orders may take longer to ship.
Ground can take up to 7 days, though they're usually faster. The closer you are to the East Coast, the faster it will get to you.
